Stuff You Need

  • 1 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

Mound the Parmesan

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

For each crisp, place a heaping tablespoon of grated Parmesan onto the prepared baking sheet.

Lightly pat each mound down, but don’t flatten completely— the cheese will spread as it bakes.

Bake the Crisps

Bake for 3 to 5 minutes, until the Parmesan is golden and crispy.

Let the crisps cool completely on the baking sheet before removing.

Store or Serve

Enjoy the crisps immediately, or store them in an airtight container at room temperature.

They will stay fresh for 2 to 3 weeks.
