Ingredients (~4 servings)
- 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (optional, about 1/4 cup)
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 3 Tbsp graham cracker crumbs
Mix the Base
Add the Greek yogurt, instant vanilla pudding mix, protein powder (if using), maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a large bowl.
Mix with a spoon or whisk until smooth and lump-free – the pudding mix will clump at first but keep stirring until it dissolves completely.
Taste and add more maple syrup if you want it sweeter.
Assemble and Serve
Divide the yogurt mixture between 4 bowls.
Top each with sliced strawberries and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
Serve immediately or store covered in the fridge for up to 2 days for meal prep.

Strawberry Cheesecake Yogurt Bowls
This is basically cheesecake for breakfast that happens to have 20+ grams of protein. The pudding mix is what makes it taste like actual cheesecake instead of just yogurt with fruit.
