Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add ground turkey and break up with a wooden spoon while cooking for 8-10 minutes until no longer pink and lightly browned.
Drain excess fat if needed.
Reduce heat to low and stir in salsa verde, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and water until well combined.
Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until water is mostly absorbed and mixture has thickened.
Taste and adjust with salt and pepper as needed.
