Mustard Peach BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe peaches peeled and diced
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ¾ teaspoon light brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt or more, to taste

Instructions

  • In a blender, purée peaches, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, pepper, and ½ teaspoon kosher salt until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust with more salt if needed.

Notes

The sauce can be made up to 1 day in advance.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
