Mustard Peach BBQ Sauce

large ripe peaches
peeled and diced

kosher salt
or more, to taste
Instructions
In a blender, purée peaches, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, pepper, and ½ teaspoon kosher salt until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust with more salt if needed.
Notes
The sauce can be made up to 1 day in advance.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
