Jalapeño Ranch Dressing

This homemade ranch has way more flavor than store-bought and you can control the heat level by adjusting the jalapeños. It's also wicked cheap to make and keeps for a week in the fridge.

Ingredients

Ingredients (~1 1/2 cups)

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp table salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill
  • 3 Tbsp pickled jalapeño slices drained

Instructions

  • Add mayonnaise, buttermilk, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, dill, and pickled jalapeños to a food processor.
  • Blend for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.
  • Let sit overnight for best flavor.
  • Stir before using.

Notes

Keeps for about a week in the refrigerator. May separate slightly during storage.
