Greek Yogurt Ranch

This is my go-to ranch recipe when I want something healthier but still creamy. The Greek yogurt gives it way more protein than regular ranch and it's thick enough to use as a veggie dip or thin it out for salads.

Ingredients

Ingredients (~6 servings)

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp dried chives
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 2-3 pinches black pepper

Instructions

  • Add Greek yogurt to a medium bowl.
  • Add parsley, salt, minced onion, chives, garlic, dill, and black pepper.
  • Stir until well combined and smooth.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
