Pat chicken dry and place in 13x9-inch dish.
Mix basil and mayonnaise; spread over chicken.
Top with breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently.
Bake until golden and chicken reaches 160°F, 18 to 22 minutes.
Serve with lemon wedges.
