Heat large skillet over medium heat and brown ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks, until no pink remains, 8-10 minutes.
Drain excess grease if needed.
Add chopped onion and bell pepper to meat and sauté until onion is translucent and pepper softens, 5-6 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, BBQ sauce, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
Stir until well combined.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
