Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip

We turned messy Buffalo wings into a party-friendly dip with shredded rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, Frank’s RedHot Sauce, blue cheese, ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, and cheddar, all adding zesty flavor.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz 1 pound cream cheese, softened
  • cup cayenne hot sauce such as Frank’s Original
  • lb rotisserie chicken skin and bones removed, shredded into chunks (about 3 cups)
  • 1 cup buttermilk ranch dressing
  • ¾ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
  • 2 scallions thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and adjust rack to the middle position.
  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and hot sauce. Microwave until soft, about 2 minutes, whisking halfway through.
  • Whisk until smooth, then stir in chicken, dressing, blue cheese, and Worcestershire until fully combined.
  • Transfer to a shallow 3-quart baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove, stir, and top with cheddar. Return to oven and bake until melted and bubbling, about 10 more minutes.
  • Garnish with scallions and serve with chips, carrots, and celery.
