Instructions
Heat oil; sauté onion and garlic until translucent, 3–5 min.
Add broth, salt, thyme, pepper, cabbage, carrots, celery, and tomatoes; simmer 30 min.
Ladle into bowls; serve hot (with crusty bread, if desired).
