These green beans get crispy edges without being overcooked - the nutritional yeast adds a nutty, almost cheesy flavor that makes them way more interesting than basic roasted vegetables.

  • ~1 lb green beans stems removed
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Greek seasoning salt
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Freshly grated Parmesan for serving optional

Instructions

  • Cooling/Resting Time: 0 minutes
  • Preheat air fryer to 350F.
  • Toss trimmed green beans with olive oil in a large bowl until evenly coated.
  • Add Greek seasoning salt, nutritional yeast, and black pepper, then toss until well coated.
  • Transfer beans to air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if needed.
  • Cook for 8 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
  • Check for golden edges and tender-crisp texture, cooking 1-2 minutes more if needed.
  • Serve immediately with freshly grated Parmesan if desired.
