Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas
This is a quick weeknight dinner that's ready in under 30 minutes. The air fryer gets the chicken and vegetables nicely browned without heating up your whole kitchen.

skinless chicken breast, cut into strips

red bell pepper
cut into strips

yellow or orange bell pepper
cut into strips
1
large yellow or white onion
cut into strips

avocado oil or neutral oil

chili powder

Instructions
Cooling/Resting Time: 0 minutes
Preheat air fryer to 390F for 3 minutes.
In a large bowl, whisk together oil, chili powder, salt, smoked paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne.
Add chicken strips and toss to coat evenly.
Add bell peppers and onion to the bowl and toss with seasoned chicken.
Transfer everything to air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 15-17 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
Check that chicken reaches 165F internal temperature and vegetables are tender with browned edges.
Serve immediately with tortillas, salsa, and desired toppings.
Notes
If air fryer is small, cook in two batches to avoid overcrowding.
