When you use our Services, The Orange Chef Company collects information (i) that you knowingly and voluntarily provide when you use our Services (such as through forms or profile screens) including registration/account setup information, (ii) that we are able to collect from your web browser, cookies and other similar technologies, and (iii) that we collect through the use of our Products in conjunction with online Services that we offer.

Who Can Access the Information We Collect?
The Orange Chef Company shares your information, including Personally Identifiable Information, as described below.
Employees. Only authorized employees have access to your Personally Identifiable Information.
Agents. We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples of such functions include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, performing IT functions, assisting with product development, system integration, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. Other Users. If you provide any Personally Identifiable Information to The Orange Chef Company for posting in areas of our site or through our Service that may be publicly viewed (e.g., blogs, messaging features or social media posting), your Personally Identifiable Information will be available to third parties who use our Services or conduct searches using our Services. Please be cautious when using the public features of our Services.
Law Enforcement, Regulators and other Authorities. We may release Personally Identifiable Information when it is necessary to(a) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (b) enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements; (c) protect the rights, safety or property of The Orange Chef Company, its affiliates, service providers, The Orange Chef Company’s users or the public, or (d) prevent a crime or protect national security (including exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction).

Cookies and Tracking Technology
The Orange Chef Company does not respond to web browser “do not track” signals. As such, your navigation of our Services may be tracked as part of the gathering of user information.
Children and Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, if you are not 13 years or older, do not use our Services. We do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that Personally Identifiable Information of persons less than 13-years-of-age has been collected from a minor through our Service, we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. In accordance with California law, minors under the age of 18 may remove or request and obtain removal of content and information that they post online. In order to remove or to request and obtain removal of such content and information, the user must contact the Orange Chef Company by sending a message to us using the contact information in Section XII (Privacy Inquiry). Users should be aware that removal of the content and information posted by a minor does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information posted on our Service. Under certain circumstances, the Orange Chef Company may not have to comply with the above removal requirements. The Orange Chef Company also reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to anonymize the posted content or information or to make such content or information invisible to other users and the public instead of removing or deleting the content or information.

Our Services contain links to third party websites, applications and services not operated by us. These links are provided as a service and do not imply any endorsement of the activities or content of these sites, applications or services nor any association with their operators. The Orange Chef Company is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any third party including websites or services directly linked to our Service. Security and Storage of Personally Identifiable Information
We take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of your Personally Identifiable Information. Although we use security measures to help protect your Personally Identifiable Information against loss, misuse or unauthorized disclosure, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to us over the Internet. The Personally Identifiable Information that you provide to us is generally stored on servers located in the United States. If you are located in another jurisdiction, you should be aware that once your Personally Identifiable Information is submitted through our Services, it will be transferred to our servers in the United States and that the United States currently does not have uniform data protection laws in place.

Change of Control

Your California Rights
